Once again I have been more than a week or two with getting a post on here. The holidays got kind of crazy and the work schedule did not help that picture any at all. Anyway, in an effort to get caught up once again I thought I would catch a few topics that have caught my attention once again in a bulleted post or two, given each subject a little bit shorter attention then I would normally give to it. Topics I plan to touch on include composting animal carcasses, horse slaughter – again, raw milk, grain price trends, and fuel costs.
